Brig. Gen. Curtis Taylor, NTC/Fort Irwin commanding general, had the opportunity to talk about the NTC/Fort Irwin and share the Army story with business and community leaders at the Nov. 3 Chamber of Commerce meeting in Victorville, Calif.
